"HIRAKU 3MT Competition" is a speech contest which PhD students talk about their vision and attractiveness of their own research in 3 minutes with one slide.
This year’s Competition will be held on November 11, 2023 (Saturday) at the Higashi Hiroshima Arts & Culture Hall “Kurara” for the first time in four years. (and also, be simultaneously live streamed).
Two students from Tokushima University, Adityakrisna Yoshi PUTRA WIGIANTO (Graduate School of Oral Sciences) and Allan Paulo BLAQUERA (Graduate School of Health Sciences), will participate in the English division.
Members of the audience who pre-register for the event will have the opportunity to vote and decide the recipient of the People’s Choice Award for both Japanese and English divisions. We are looking forward to your participation.

The HIRAKU 3MT Competition is an exciting opportunity for Doctorate students to effectively explain their research within a limited time-span of three minutes, in a language appropriate to a non-specialist audience.
The HIRAKU 3MT Competition 2023 will be held at Higashi Hiroshima Arts & Culture Hall, “Kurara” in Hiroshima.
The Winner will receive a certificate, a \300,000 scholarship and more!!
